Ugh. I've never had such a bad hangover before. Hmm. I've never really had a hangover before. Last night's wedding was pretty cool. It was held at Shang-Ri La Hotel, Island Ballroom, the same one as the one I went to for Grad Night. It was really cool and I was dressed pretty casually. Haha. But, heck it lah. I didn't really want to bother with a tie and a jacket. It was quite a fun wedding. They didn't really waste much time with silly games or stuff. But the food took a painstakingly long time to arrive. The dinner ended at 11.30pm! Gosh. I was really tipsy at that time, after taking 5 glasses of red wine and a glass of champaign throughtout the dinner.

Alumni is always the highlight of the week. It's the single event that I look forward to the most in a week. This time was no different. I arrived at ri at 2pm. And I started practising. Wasn't really on form though, but the mouthpiece Peixuan lent me seemed to have some hidden power in it or something. I managed to reach my notes pretty effortlessly. Maybe it has something to do with mentality. I was thinking each time that it wasn't something difficult. I will be able to do it. The focus and visualisation. Hmmm. But it was really fun. I really miss being in a band.

My sister asked me to apply to some of the Ivy League schools. She said that even if I couldn't get in, I had at least tried. The starting salary of the Ivy League grads are crazy. It's 2-3 times that of local grads. And their bonuses aren't by months but they go by years. Think about having a 3 year bonus! Hmmm. Sounds really attractive really. I wouldn't really mind going overseas. But I don't know how I can afford the fees. Really. It might just be a dream after all. But then again, I would really want to try for it. No point not trying right? Thinking about it, my sis and I are pretty dissimilar. She's someone who's really willing to try everything. But I'm someone who hates the hassle and the trouble. I don't know, I could really take a leaf of two out of her book. Haha.
